Rutpela HCV Lite & HCV Pro Tacho Loom.
Our uniquely designed Tachograph installation loom allows you to install your Rutpela HCV5 Lite & HCV5 Pro devices to the rear of VDO and Stoneridge Tachographs without effecting manufactures warranty, they are made from high grade copper for durability and reliable connectivity.
The Tacho loom Can 2 line can be connected to collect FMS information connected to the A connector on the Tachograph, if this is not required it can be disconnected from the 2 pin molex connect to the pink and purple cables.
In addition to this we have the 1 wire power ( blue) and Digital input 2 ( green) connected to a 2 pin molex this can be used with our drivers download Button or for quick connectivity to a digital input.
This loom can to be used with Scania, Volvo, MAN, Renault, DAF, Iveco, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Vehicles along with any vehicle Car or Van with a Tachograph, For Mercedes vehicle you will require the DDLP Tacho Loom featured below.
Rutpela HCV Lite & HCV Pro DDLP Loom.
The DDLP Tacho Loom is designed to work with Mercedes Vehicles and Volvo's pre 2014 due to the A & B connector being fused together into a double plug.
This wiring loom has all the same features and connectivity as the standard Tacho Loom, and can be used with any Tachograph if transferring the loom from a Mercedes or pre 2014 Volvo vehicle to another vehicle make.
Ruptela HCV 5 Lite & HCV 5 Pro FPC Connection.
The front port connection loom can be added to the K-Line ( Brown Connector) piggy back on the Tacho Loom & DDLP Loom for a quick easy installation to a VDO front download port when remote downloading is not available from the rear can port.
A VDO front port unlock card or code will be required to use this installation method.

Our FMS loom has been can connect to any vehicle with a fully populated FMS connector.
The FMS loom has been designed in mind to allow any existing connections to be re connected to the FMS loom to allow existing connections to be left in fully functional.

OBDII Loom is used to install LCV5, HCV5, HCV5-Lite, Pro5-Lite trackers to light commercial vehicles.
Devices are powered by the OBD loom and can also collected supported vehicles OBDII canbus data.
We supply OBD looms without the double connector for vehicles with less installation room.

The Tacho Loom can be used in conjunction with the OBDII loom for vehicles fitted with a tachograph to enable remote tachograph downloading and collecting OBD II data using the HCV5 Lite and Pro devices.
